	2011 Woman of the Year Award AZHCC announces Rosemary Ybarra-Hernandez as the 2011 Women of the Year. Awards will be presented during the 53rd Annual Black & White Ball and Business Awards, April 2 at the Arizona Grand Resort. Aguila's CEO/Founder chosen by NHLI Rosemary Ybarra-Hernandez has been selected as one of 22 Latinas from across the country by NHLI to participate in its Executive Leadership Program. Virginia's Dreamy Robot by Marcos Najera for KJZZ Listen to KJZZ's inspiring story of the Carl Hayden High School Robotics Team and their competition at the LA FIRST Robotics Regional. The team named their robot Virginia's Dream in honor of Virginia Gutierrez. Virginia was an Aguilita with a promising future, including a full-ride scholarship to ASU, who was deported after a minor traffic stop.
